How to stay awake?

even when you really wanna go to bed. excepcailly in the dayHow to stay awake?
Go outside when it is cold, stay upright, keep lights on, pinch yourself. Or, just sleep, you probably need it.
sugar, caffeine, gum, exercise (releases endorphins!)
note consistent caffeine and sugar can cause diseases like heart attack and diabetes! use them sparing especially if your young
drink red bull, never tasted it b4, but a friend of mine drank two in the morning one day and was awake all night, dpends on your system actually.
The best way is to go to bed early and get a good night's sleep the night before. You can't be your best if you are overtired.
long term solution without side effects is balanced diet, eat more fruits and vegges, avoid fatty foods, and once with high carbs, potatoes and white bread. start you day with green tea(but know how to make it), it increases your metablism.
if you really want to go to bed and you haven't had much sleep, you should go to bed. if you have had a lot of sleep then try to excersize, drink pop, energy drinks, or coffee. but do NOT take any pills: they could recall it someday and you may experience a fatal injury. if you always have this problem, then try not to drink the oils and fats so much: try excersizing. if your at work or something and you can't excersize hardly ever, then try moving around and keeping active: don't sit and do nothing. your muscels don't move and you get tired: simple as that. if you stay active like walking with your friends instead of sitting down at mickey d's you will have a better chance of staying awake. PLEASE TELL ME THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!...
