How to increase weight and height?

I am 16 years old girl and my height is 4.9 inch,Weight is 34 kilograms, I have B-Thalassemia minor,I also feel weakness.How to increase weight and height?
Exercises, eating healthy and think positive thoughts might be the answer to your question. 20 minutes of exercises such as skipping rope routines (you can make it interesting by merging dancing and rope-skipping )and burpy. As for eating ,drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat unprocessed food and eat natural supplements(enjoy eating fish, chicken, fruits and vegetables. Think of gaining weight and height and no matter what the outcome is, be real satisfied with yourself. You'll certainly be a better person and others will love your company for your positive outlook in life. You'll be able to bring much joy into their lives and they too, will make you more happy with everything around you.
if you eat eggs then you can mix yolk of one egg with one glass of milk and drink it every morning....this really helps u with weight....
u can skip and swim a lot to increase your height
