How should i feel before meals??

i realy cant tell when i am hungry i think i am always hungry should my stomach grumble before meals how do i determine hunger??How should i feel before meals??
when there's this unexplainable feeling in your brain that causes you to crave food.sometimes it's uncontrollable.it could be tied to emotions too, like when someone is depressed, they'll eat a lot or if they're happy, they'll eat a lot too.binge eating due to emotional distress is not healthy.i think it's our individual body clock & natural survival instincts that signals when we're suppose to feel hungry and eat the traditional breakfast, lunch & dinner.some people eat the typical 3 meals or 5 small portioned meals or snacks throughout the day because they always feel hungry.it varies from person to person.i would recommend picking out a healthy meal plan to prevent oneself from over or under-eating and designate only one favorite treat to enjoy, that might not be healthy, such as sweets,so that these cravings won't build up.sometimes i feel hungry even when i'm really not because i see other people eating yummy food and that feeling of hunger kicks in.to prevent premature hunger attacks,it would be good to keep food out of sight and out of mind, so that other meals won't be spoiled.
When you're hungry your stomach growls, but most people's bodily reaction to thirst is so weak that their bodies manifest it in a hunger pang. Most of the time a rumbling stomach can be your bodies way of trying to tell you its thirsty. Try drinking more water before and after meal times, this might help you not feel hungry all the time.
