Nasal rinse with a saline solution (1 cup water w/ 1 tsp non iodized salt).
Afrin works, but it is addictive.
If your having an allergic reaction, get away from whatever is bothering you.

Blow your nose? Nasal drops? Take a VERY warm shower to loosen up the mucus? XD; I'm not sure, there are tons of remedies.
The best way is to use vicks nasal spray. It works in about thirty seconds no matter how stuffed up your nose is.
Use nasal decongestant. You Will get relief within minutes. But be care full as they should not be used indiscriminately.
you can take any over the counter nasal decongestant (found at any local drugstore). you can also use ocean water nasal spray to help loosen up the stuffiness-this can also be found at the drugstore
or you can take a really warm shower and breathe in the steam for at least 15 minutes-this should help loosen it up as well.
snort luke warm salt water. Works for me but dont use a lot of salt, just enough to slightly taste it.
