I don't know of a way to check if a man is a virgin, but I know that when a girl is a virgin, a thin membrane just beyond the opening of the vagina called the hymen should be intact. However, often times the hymen is pierced without intercourse by tampon insertion or masturbation. Sometimes women don't even have a hymen, being born without one. It's not a definite answer, and, therefore, there's no foolproof way to check, but if the hymen is intact with a woman, then she's definitely a woman. Anyways, I don't think there's any way to see it without a doctor.
