Nasty but here ya go...diharia since Thurs last week.Pain began yesterday which i thought was in my back by dinner it was evident that the pain was in my lower right abdomen area.It hurts but my pain tolorance is high.worried/confusedHow much pain is associated with appendicitis?
Call 911! What the heck are you doing typing questions when this could kill you?
Go to a doctor ASAP.
On a scale of 1 to 10 a 10. Definitely go to the Dr. though.
Big clue is rebound tenderness. Push on your lwr right abd. and let go quickly. If pain is more intense upon releasing your hand, that isn't good. Go to an ER anyway to be sure.
Call NHS 24 immediately. Look on the website www.nhs.co.uk for details. You can do a self diagnosis. If you have a thobbing pain in your abdomen and it's getting worse you need to get help quickly. The helpline will tell you what to do best though, they will ask you for a run down of your symptoms and deal with it as urgently as they think is best.
Hi, I also tolerated appendicitis for more than a day, but finally couldn't stand it. At first, I had no clue what was ailing me, and thought that gosh!! I must have cancer or something. Anyway, it was appendicitis. You should immediately see the doctor. There's nothing to be worried about an appendectomy. It lasts for less than an hour. Resting period for most people is three to four days. By the fifth day, you should be up and running. However, it is best not to lift heavy objects for about a month or two.
Quick girl, go to the Emergency.
The amount of pain depends on the amount of infection. So, it cannot be ignored or measured on the basis of intensity of pain. You may consult the doctor and save time.
