How much does hair grow per month/week?
In centimeters I mean. I know it depends on the person, but what about in general?How much does hair grow per month/week?

Well, on average it grows about 1/2" inch per month... If your taking certain medications, then probably less. If ya want it to grow faster, then my advice is to obtain Vitamin B-6 or B-12 complex mulit-vitamin,,,,,which has a surplus of "Biotein" ...Avoid tanning beds, and direct sunlight.if your fair skinned, as this tends to slow or retard hair growth...if your a red-head.
Eat lots of green leafy veggies..things high in protein, and potassium,,,,like banana's,,,,,nuts etc.
