Depending on how often one smokes marijuana the THC can take between 3 - 90 days to leave the system.

Typically, about a week. Take a lot fo vitamins - not, like, 20 pills a day or anything, but a few extra multivitamins will certainly help. Drink plenty of water as well, but obviously you don't want to overdo it.
To be honest, not many places really care about drug tests. I work at a Vet's office, and so long as the drug cabinets are untouched and everyone does their job well, no one bothers to test. No point, since it won't affect your performance unless you're high on the job, or if you get really loaded the day before and have the "hangover" (IE very mild feeling sort of like being high, but painless and makes ya happy rather than irritable).
