How many people die each second from smoking?

I need to know how many people die each second from smoking, can someone help me please? How many people die each second from smoking?
The number of first hand or second hand smoking deaths can't be 100% verified. Those numbers are exaggerated to scare people to stop smoking.
google it-anyways who cares, it helps keep overpopulation down

About 45 people per hour (In the U.S.)..
------
Each year, more than 400,000 Americans die from cigarette smoking.
------
400,000 / 8,760 (number of hours in a year) = about 45.6 per hour

Nobody has died from secondhand smoke.
Despite claims by the American Heart Association, American Lung Association, and other health organizations and anti-smoking nazis that thousands upon thousands of people die each year from secondhand smoke exposure, they are unable to name even one single person who has died from secondhand smoke.
