what r the common fears?and how can we cope with them?How many of u r afraid of sleeping in dark?
I never sleep in total darkness.
I used to be afraid of the dark because i watched this haunted house ghost hunter show. They had a story about a man sitting at the end of this girls bed evernight...Took me over a year to get over it
i am... im 14 and when i am about to sleep i imagine the exorcist at my door then i freak!
then i got a night light, which is nots so brite the fact that i hab one helps!
i am not afraid to sleep in the dark cause i am a big boy also my little cousin is afraid cause he is little i am 13 yrs old and my cousin is 4 i want to ask u if u are afraid and u should practice not to get scared.
