How many donate blood?

How many of you donate blood on a regular basis? How many of you donate the 2 RBC's? If you have do you still get light headed after the 2 RBC donation?How many donate blood?
I donate every chance I get, the regular thing, I don't remember what it's called. I don't get light-headed though, never have.
I donate blood every 3 months but haven't ever done the RBC's
I used too, but then i went aneimic, so they didn't want my blood, i'm on meds now, and haven't researched it.
I liked to do some light exercise after, it's invigorating.
I used to but when I reached 60 they siad they couldn't take it anymore.
