How long should you leave a scab before picking it off?
take my advice dont pick the scab. i did that my knee got infected. then i almost got a skin graph for it so big. and now i have a scar that is almost bigger than my knee a whole different shade of my skin !!

By picking it, your letting infection in it. The scab is there to protect it while healing.
never pick a scab! it is there for protection. if you pick it...it will leave a scar. let the scab fall off.

if you don't want a bad scar, then you should leave it until it falls off on it's own, such as on a tattoo.
A scab should not be picked at all, the wound can get infected and will probably scar..but they are darn fun to pick aren;t they?lol

have a little tug around the edge. If it starts to bleed, push it back down and leave it. When you finally pick it off, don't forget to save it in a matchbox and give to the one you love.
You are never meant to pick off a scab but let it come off naturally to prevent scarring.
