Run to the local pharmacy or store...and get Afrin Nasal Decongestant (over the counter)...works wonders!! It'll clear up that stuffy nose almost instantly...but don't spray too much cause then it drains down the back of your throat and it does NOT taste good!

Try a saline nasal wash. It will work almost immediately, and if you use it every day, it canhelp to prevent it from coming back.
Eat jalapeno peppers it will fix it fast
Of course you blow your nose with a tissue if you don't have anything like a medicine. Something hot like hot water or hot tea will help it because it calms.
Go to otc buy afrin nasal spray and use it or take sudafe tab.
