How long should you fast before having a glucose tolerance test?

Oh and you should fast at lease 10 minutes :)

10 hours, water only.
12 to 16 hours so if you stop eating now (8pm) you can get your sugars tested 10 am tomorrow
Ask the doctor who ordered the tests. Some tests you only fast for a couple of hours for other's like an AIC its 12 hours.
