The buzz (for me) not that long (from one hit).
Everything else, it depends on your body.
Are you tall? Skinny? Drink lots of water? Sedentary or active?
The faster your overall metabolism, the faster it'll wear off. On average though, and I've heard this second hand, it'll stay in there for up to 4 weeks.
